First Contact with the Amazon Rainforest

Stay: Lower CuyabenoMeals: Box Lunch, Dinner

Scenic flight to Coca followed by an overland transfer to Tierras Orientales on the Aguarico River. After a box lunch, board a motorized canoe navigating downstream toward La Bocana and into the Cuyabeno River to reach our riverside lodge.

Settle into your room surrounded by the sounds of the jungle. Following dinner, embark on a guided night safari with flashlights to spot nocturnal frogs, arboreal reptiles, and glowing insects.
