To confirm the travel contract, a non-refundable pre-payment of 30% must be paid. The remaining balance is due 60 days before departure for Ecuador tours or 90 days for Galápagos and South America tours.

Late bookings (less than 60/90 days) must be paid in full immediately. Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation and loss of deposits.

If full payment isn’t made before departure, RT is released from obligations and may charge cancellation fees.
