Cancellation & Payment Policies<\/h3>\n

This section outlines the terms that apply when booking a tour with Tapir Lodge. By confirming your reservation, you accept the following conditions.<\/p>\n

Cancellation Fees<\/h4>\n

If you need to cancel your tour, the following charges will apply based on how many days in advance the cancellation is made:<\/p>\n

    40 to 31 days before the tour: 25%<\/strong> of the total amount<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    30 to 19 days: 30%<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    18 to 9 days: 50%<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    8 to 3 days: 100%<\/strong> (no refund)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Changes to Dates<\/h4>\n

    If you need to reschedule your confirmed tour, a 30% change fee<\/strong> will be applied based on the total tour cost.<\/p>\n

    Use of Electrical Devices<\/h4>\n

    Please note that hair dryers, electric razors, or any high-voltage appliances are not permitted at the lodge. Damage to the electrical system due to misuse may result in a charge to the guest.<\/p>\n

    Refunds Due to Cancellations by Tapir Lodge<\/h4>\n

    In the rare case that Tapir Lodge must cancel a tour due to unforeseen events such as severe weather, natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or other legal circumstances, guests will receive a full refund. However, a 10% administrative fee<\/strong> may be retained.<\/p>\n

    No-Shows<\/h4>\n

    Unfortunately, no refund will be given if a guest does not show up on the scheduled dates.<\/p>\n

    Responsibilities & Liability<\/h3>\n

      Tapir Lodge is responsible for transportation and tour operation as described in the confirmed itinerary.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      We are not responsible for issues related to flights, hotels, or third-party services.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      We are not liable for medical expenses, accidents, delays, or unexpected events caused by negligence of the passenger or third parties.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Tapir Lodge is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings or valuables.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      We reserve the right to make changes to the itinerary, accommodations, or transportation if necessary to ensure safety and service quality.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Our Commitment<\/h3>\n

      Tapir Lodge does not discriminate based on age, race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, nationality, or any other reason.<\/p>\n

      By accepting these terms, you acknowledge and voluntarily accept all risks related to your travel experience.<\/p>\n
